Q- Do people and pets have to be out of the home when a pest control treatment is performed?
A- For most of our treatments you can remain in your home. Certain treatments will require you to be out for an extended period of time. We will give you that information when treatment is scheduled.


Q- If I call for a treatment for general pest control, do I have to sign a yearly contract?
A- Absolutely not. We always warranty our services and in most cases that warranty will be enough to get you through a season. If we notice that your home is in a highly infested area, we will discuss treatment options at that time.


Q- Will any preparation be needed for my pest control services?
A- Some preparation will be required for most of our services. We will discuss these with you when we schedule the treatment.


Q- What payment methods do you accept for pest control services?
A- We accept all major credit cards, cash, checks and money orders.


Q- What Kind of pest control services do you offer?
A- We offer pest control services for pest such as, but not limited to Bed Bugs, Roaches, Mice, Ants, Termites, Bees/wasps, wildlife, Silverfish, Fleas, Ticks and Mosquitos plus many more.


Q- Are the pest control chemicals you utilize toxic?
A- According to the labels, Chemicals can be toxic to some exotic pets such as birds, fish etc. However, not toxic to humans or domestic animals. We follow the labels exactly.


Q- How soon can I get a Pest Management Professional to come out and perform pest control services for my home?
A- Walker’s tries to respond within 48 hours of a service call. Sometimes, same day.
